He doesn't need to be tried and convicted. I'm actually impressed with the league's decision, since I firmly believe domestic violence is nothing to take lightly. The proof may be lacking, and if Zeke's record was clean I might consider giving him the benefit of the doubt. But it isn't. It's incident after incident with this guy, and he was caught on camera assaulting a woman sexually at a parade (I don't care if she wasn't upset; that's not the point). The guy just comes off like a scumbag.
