Acne and Bacne Could be because of your bed
Default - Use Group's defaults.
Change your sheets once a week! Change your bed sheets once a week. Swap out your pillow case just as often, if not more. This will help reduce acne and the dreaded bacne.
If you find yourself breaking out, use a new pillowcase every night or put a clean towel over your pillow.

Yup and this is especially true for the guys on tren who sweat like a pig everynight. The worst thing you can do for acne is have your face right up against a sweaty pillow for 8 hours everynight.

Same here bro lol. If I don't change my pillow case like every other night it starts to smell nasty from all the old sweat.
I hate it but love the tren lol I'm sleep in a bathtub of ice water
