Even Lat Spread

ad
Default - Use Group's defaults.

One lat is particularly larger than the other..I am right hand dominant and my left lat is slightly smaller than right..would doing more dumbbell rows work, just concentrating more on my left side? Any advice from the vets or anyone with just good knowledge on the matter would be grateful..

compound movements will balance them out. Also make sure when doing pull downs that you keep the bar straight. pulling more to one side will make imbalances. doing extra work for that side will only make more imbalances.

i've got the same problem and i've been trying to balance them out with kneeling single arm pulldowns

i think thats what they're called anyway

it's a single rope attached to a pulley and you kneel down, grab the rope and pull it down into your body.
slowly let it back up and repeat

it's working for me so far, they're still not even, but i've noticed an improvement

Thanks a lot bro, I will definitely give that a shot come next Monday, back and bi's day..although I am considering doing a light back day on say Thursdays and take that time to really concentrate on my left side..I just dont want my left arm to get bigger LOL its already slightly stronger than my right, which I think is rather odd do to me being right handed

i do this on a non-workout day to try and even them out
