Need some help fellas with getting my biceps to grow. I haven't been able to increase there size for several months now. I have changed routines. Hit them every 3 days, every 2 days and now every day. Focused on compound exercises and nothing. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Im no rookie but no seasonef chicken either. Feeder workouts is how I got my arms to blow tha fuck up in 3months. Grab a pair of 15lbs. Yes 15lbs dumbbells and everynight before bed do 100reps str8 each arm. For me it's about filling and pumping the bicept with as much blood ad possible. Good luck and never give up

I've always had best luck with training them twice a week. I would usually do superset though.

I hit em a lot in high school after weight training for football with another guy, we would only curl 75lbs with the ez bar starting at 10, pass it to the other guy, he does 10, I get it back 9,8,7, etc. the only break we had was while the other guy was curling. It worked for me, 19" arms at 17, but be careful I got stretch marks on my biceps from them growing so fast, also change my grip every set to hit different heads and would sometimes do reverse curls a couple sets afterwards with light weight

I would say try laying off of them. Maybe train them once a week or once every two weeks. Yes I said what you just read lol.

You may be training them too often try resting more train them every 5/7 days also try some isolation exercises ie preacher curls/concentration curls they help if that doesn't help you're either lacking sleep not using proper form or your diet isn't right. JUST KEEP GOING THOUGH!
