What are was that y'all are keeping the temper down? I've been taking 2 caps am/pm of b complex. My.I'm made me taken it during pms as a kid. Its working fairly good, I guess. One of my co workers thinks I've been waking around with a chip on my shoulder so maybe not

I don't really get 'roid rage' but I can be a complete bitch when I'm PMSing. When it gets to the point that I acknowledge "Wow, I was a bitch for no reason" I walk away for an afternoon or sometimes the whole day. I just get away for hike, to a park, go for a long drive or anywhere were there might not be a lot of people. I like to just change the scenery relax, reflect, breathe or just take in the sights. I found that a little me time in a new space or somewhere I haven't been in a long time helps reset my mindset. You realize that the world is a big place and I am just one tiny part of it. That everything that happens day to day is nothing to get pissed off about. Someone with an annoying voice, someone doesn't do things the way I want, traffic, money, anything; it's really nothing in the big picture. I realize 'Fuck it, I'm going to be happy' Look at just how beautiful and peaceful this place is simply because it exist. (Sounds all hippy and touchy feely) But a bird doesn't get pissed off because it can't swim like a fish or because the bird doesn't have hands like people. Its just happy being a bird. Well I'm me and that's pretty damn awesome! lol
Not sure if this will help you out but just sitting back and realizing being the only me in the world of billions is pretty awesome helps me get out of that raging fuck the world and everyone in it mood. Hope this helps even a little Smile
