Default - Use Group's defaults.

I get shit all the time for going fucking crazy when I lift. Always telling me I'm making other members nervous and what nit, in my opinion they should follow my lead.

LMAO.... I love it..... Feeling the instant adrenaline rush.... I got walked out of a gym for kicking a 10 lb medicine ball.. Some fuck face punk started moving in on my machine, I snapped and told him to move, he wouldn't so I took him off and when the trainers came over and told me to leave, I kicked the medicine ball and it hit the emergency door and the alarm went off!!!!!! LOL... A little much but it was a fun morning!!!! Smile And my fucking toe hurt for weeks

Bro, as President Clinton would say "I feel your pain!!!" The hardcore gym has virtually disappeared and been replaced by the "fitness center." Why these places even have barbells I don't know. Dainty little people do dainty little exercises on equipment some of us could bend with our bear hands and turn into scrap metal. If I want to f**ing squat 585 in the power rack, WTF concern is it of these housewives sitting on a spinning machine reading a book? It's intimidating. I'm such a nice guy. I just ask that dainty normal people don't bother me when I'm working out. If a respectable juice monster wants to ask something BETWEEN sets, sure. Out of respect, certainly. I don't have all day to get my workouts in and when some underwear model is taking up way too much time with a piece of equipment, I have been known to say. "Bud, you're done here." The managers even have backed me up with comments like "Best to just leave him alone." Yeah. That is best!!! You need to find a better club is all. A real subtle question when you're gym shopping that is very revealing is to simply ask the owners or the managers if they have at least ONE 1000 lb or 1500 lb barbell (for squats and deadlifts). If the answer is no, don't bother. IMHO LMAO Yeah baby - I'm not going to tear my shoulders up by gingerly placing any heavy dumbbell on the floor. A heavy set of dumbbell bench presses. Could I not drop em - not worth the effort so THUD. Unless the gym wants to send two employees over to take them out of my hands. But most girly dainty fitness center employees would break there little wrists trying that.
