Default - Use Group's defaults.
What is the one thing I like more than sex? Food. And my favorite foods happen to be grilled. I have a commercial smoker that I can and have catered to groups as large as 400 people. I have proven techniques and recipes. Briskit, steak, chicken, ribs, and even veggies. The list goes on and on. If i havent cooked it yet i think its time to give it a go.However not the most healthy but more healthy than most.

Right on. I haven't competed but I think I could hang with them. Hopefully I can figure out how to post pics in here of some of my cooks. I have a whole packer brisket aging in my fridge as we speak and I am doing a whole hog in August sometime
