ad

Gear Check........ ive got that

Diet check...........its on point

Dedication......... fully

your ramped up now your in the gym lifting weights getting stronger and stronger throwing up massive amount of weight... the POP injury happens now your set back sometimes 3-as much as 20 weeks depending on how bad it is.. you depressed and mad all your hard work and money wasted.. Sound like you?

This could have most likely been avoided with proper form in the gym, anyone can throw around weight but it takes a little skill research trial and error to learn the proper form on each exercise so you don't have an injury or at the very least reduce the likely hood of hurting yourself due to your shitty form.. there are many factors that play into a great cycle.

1.. diet

2.. training regimen and PROPER FORM

3 .. the right gear for what your trying to accomplish

4.. being able and having the knowledge to incorporate all these so every thing is working in a synergistic mode.

do yourself a favor and read /learn and observe be an open book absorbing knowledge from every angle once you master this you will have a long healthy life and GET BIG......

Also when getting bigger and stronger on AAS be sure to warm up properly and the first few weeks, if you feel like you can do that extra five pounds (2.2kg for others) or another two reps....DONT! Wait until you're next session to go up in weight or reps. So many guys get injured because they're hyped up on gear that their body isn't ready.
Going to failure natty while have a strength boost is a lot different going to failure on gear as your muscles may be too strong for you joints

Truth. I used to go in there and throw around heavy weights and the boom, injured both shoulders and had to spend 3 months out of the gym. Sucked so bad I lost like 15lbs of muscle. When I came back I totally changed the way I lifted. Forgot about weoght and focused solely on nice slow controlled movements, feeling it through the entire range of motion and squeezing the hell out of it at the top of the contraction. And wouldn't you knkw it I've gotten so much better results and been injury free. Wish I would have figure it out sooner.
