I think a lot of peoples problem is they make it to complicated.. just stick to old school compound lifts first and then isolation.. the bigger the muscle the more weight and reps... that does not apply to deadlifts.. I'm going to post a perfect routine for beginners in about 48hrs... Just look for it bro...

That looks NOTHING like Stronglifts. This doesn't look good man. It looks like a bunch of stuff thrown together. I'm not trying to knock you but I don't think this would be optimal.
There are hundreds of tried and true intermediate training programs written by guys that know how to train athletes. Search Google find one that fits your goals and run it exactly as written. Then make adjustments to it as needed.
Look up Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 it can be customized to fit any training method/need and is really hard to screw up.
Remember the success of any training program is made in the kitchen. You can't out train your diet brother.
I hope I helped man good luck

In my opinion you are not resting your body properly; try taking thursdays and sundays off to recoup. It seems every workout incorporates a muscle group you worked out the previous day. Your body is going to plateau from getting used to doing the same movements every week. There is no "shock" factor going on here.
