Saturday workout ideas
What good eroids bros and ladies. I have been sticking to chest and legs on Saturday for about two months now, and this is on top of the normal routine of legs and chest every Monday and Thursday. So I've been hitting chest/legs three times a week.
My leg workout:
Deadlifts: 1 warmup set, followed by 5 sets of 225 of 10 reps. The. I move up to 305 for 3 sets of 6. Followed by 405 for 2 sets of 1 rep. Then I burnout with 225 for a final set. By then my legs and shaking a bit. I know a lot of deadlift is back, but I see more results personally in my legs, lower back as well, but not full back overall. I do back a separate day with bi's all together.
Leg press: 5-8 sets moving up in weight until only a few reps for a set, then back down for a pyramid.
Leg extensions: this is what I finish with.
Squats are saved for leg workouts during week, my Saturday workout I usually give the squats a break.
I alternate my chest workout in with my leg workout, set of legs/set of chest and so on
Bench press: 225 X 20 for 5 sets.
Incline bench dumbbell: 5 sets each at failure heavy weight.
Cable flys: I burn out, usually get lost in the sets and weight to be honest.
Push-ups till failure X 5
Then I take about a 10 min cool off and shoot the shit, followed by a protein shake, I'm currently taking carnivore. Then Saturday's ritual has been bbq at a local market.
Want to see other fellow eroids friends Saturday workouts and rituals. I'm always looking to learn and hear over experiences for the weekend. For me Saturday's are just great because I am off work and I feel more rejuvenated from sleeping in an extra hour and so on.
Cheers

TryHarder007Leg day! I don't have class or work on Saturdays so I have lots of time to travel to another city by me to train with my buddy who a national level placer in bodybuilding at 20! His legs are massive. Lol.
Usually hit some homework early with my first few meals then hit the road. Get to the gym, he and I eat our pre workout meals and talk about the days game plan. Changes every sat but here's an idea of our past ones
Extensions 4x20,15,15,15 focus on negatives, little help to get the legs extended at the last few reps.
Hack squats 5x20,20,15,15,10 knees wraped on the last one and go heavy.
Laying curls 3x20 FOCUS ON THE NEGATIVES
Squats 4x6 4:4 seconds. So 4seconds down, 4seconds up. Then drop the weight and rep it out until you can't anymore (usually lighten the weight to make sure we only get 8-9 more reps)
Lunges 3x 1 long stretch on lunges. Light weight and feel the stretch
SUPERSET/
Leg press 3x25-30. Light weight and go on forever lol
DONE! By that time I crawl to the owners office for his leather couch he has, I lay down and cry myself to sleep lol.
His gf usually has our post workout meal made for us back at their apt. (Even weighs out my food I need and everything for that meal, which right now is 1/2cup rice, 6oz of lean steak)
Oh and we listen to while we eat geardUpPodcast. Anyone who doesn't know that shit look it up. They get famous bodybuilders or prep coaches on the show with the hosts and talk about timining carbs, drugs, bodybuilding and shit
