Lower Back Pain
ad
Been hitting 1 hour of cardio for 6 weeks now.
This being the 6th week i am having terrible lower back
pain.
Doing 2 miles on treadmill and 3.5 miles on elliptical.
Typically I then hit the weights for an hour but there
is no way this week.
What is going on?!?!?!?!?
Could this be a nutritional or a vitamin deficiency?
any ideas/suggestions are welcome.

56tooHey tex, I looked at your profile and noticed you are 5'9" and 245. You claim your bf is VERY HIGH. Of course you know this is all speculation, but my guess would be that if you're running on the tread mill it could be your weight. If you're out of shape and you're doing an hour of cardio and an hour of weights and you're doing it every day you are more than likely overtraining imo.I nwld take several days off and see how you feel
I been thinking the same thing. I need to rest.
I looked at your profile as well and man congrats on your success. What an ispiration.
my goal is not to be mr.olympia, but to change my life style and go into my 50's in the best shape possible.
Thanks.
56tooSent u a FR.
The only thing i can think of is I have went from being a salt aholic to none. I dont salt anything now.
Would that cause it? your saying it could. but no one is going to know for sure i am going to have to experiment to figure this out.
As far as compounds im just doing maintenance TRT, 250mg of test every 5 or 6 days.
Thank you for your input godeep.
Start with the basics and eliminate possibilities; proper hydration, what compounds are you running and and what dosages, what's the sodium intake look like, etc
Could be something as simple as your shoes being worn out.
