Irreplaceable excercises

ad

I was reworking my training split today and writing shit down trying to change shit up keep it interesting ect. when I realized some exercises I just can't/fuckin won't go without. Their irreplaceable, certain exercises just feel awesome so in no particular order here are my favorite exercises I'll be doin till the day I die......
1.) Dips(narrow leaning forward)
2.) Chin ups(super high rep for back and bis day)
3.) Push ups(diamond style on tricep days)
4.) Bent over row(wide reverse grip)
5.) Incline dumbbell press(elbows in)

That's my top 5 I guess. What's yours? Mostly I just can't replace what I believe to be key compound body weight lifts

-Flat bench
-CGBP
-standing OHP
-BB Rows
-Deadlifts
-Squats
-Good mornings
-Rear DB laterals or facepulls
-ab pulldowns/ whatever the hell they're called

now these are all big compounds and once you start hitting big numbers i believe you reap more benefits by training bench + squat or DL (not squat and DL at the same time, recovery becomes an issue and i like training my lifts 3x a week minimum).

so:
if focusing on bench:
-add JM press

Focusing on deadlift:
-add DL stance paused parallel box squats
-SLDL or romanians

focusing on squats:
-3s pause squats while in the hole to remove stretch reflex

so its goal dependent but regardless if you don't get big doing those first 9 exercises i mentioned, you're doing something VERY wrong. natty or not.

1.) 2 inch bar floor press-train the bench year round with any rep scheme without tearing up my pec-delt tie in.If I have a meet 6 weeks out I start benching normally peak, do meet ,back to floor press.
2.)10x10 squats-leg size + strength cardio, damn everything is pumped after these.
3.)overhead press- mostly lowering too the crown of my head with a wide grip then pressing back up.nice hybrid of standard press and behind the neck without grinding the shoulder to dust.
4.) deadlifts-grip+rip!!
5.) behind the back wrist curls-2 inch bar-best exercise for increasing forearm size which will improve every pressing exercise.
