HIT Viators
Hello everyone. I come here seeking your wisdom..
Has anyone tried HIT? Sure, we all train with high intensity but, you know what I'm talking about "High Intensity training" Arthur Jones style. I've been hearing miracles about this "New style". One set per exercise.
EXAMPLE:
(Jones training Viator. 1971)
"LBS x REPS / SETS
Leg press 750 x 20 /1
Leg extension 225 x 20 / 1
Full Squat 502 x 13 / 1
Leg Curl 175 x 12 /1
One-legged calf raised 40 x 15 each /1
Pullover 290 x 11 /1
Behind-neck lat isolation 200 x 10 /1
Smith Row 200 x 10 /1
straight-armed lateral raise DB 40 x 9 /1
Behind the Neck shoulder press 185 x 10 /1
Preacher Bicep curls 110 x 8 /1
Chin-ups Body weight x 12 /1
Cable Triceps extensions 125 x 9 /1
Parallel dip Body weight x 22.
From start to finish, required exactly 27 minutes and 40 seconds.
Each set was carried to the point of momentary muscular failure.
"
Viator also claimed he wasn't on gear.
Posible? Would I get a one way ticket to Gains-ville?
Tell me what do you think.

Viator was one of the purest meso-morph's and a genetic freaks ever created. doing manual labor on a farm, his physique would still be amazing and better than most BB's.
Bare in mind too, Viator, was already a champion when he did HIT. He could already squat 500x10 reps. which means He built his physique without HIT, it was something he tried. It's a shocking principal at best. Maintenance workout at least.
Try HIT -Unless your the kind of person who has an insane response to training stimulus, already has an amazing build, etc. you will get little out of it. Dorian Yates = Genetic freak +HGH+AAS+ variation of this kind of HIT
