Pain isnt something that magically appears. Inflammation causes irritation of receptor site, that is what causes pain. Handle the inflammation and pain response will lessen. 1st strap your elbow. 2nd find a nsaid ibu, naproxen..etc..3rd aggressive stretching. Biggest thing is that when the pain response disappear people usually stop taking the nsaids....wrong! Just because pain has diluted stay on nsaids for at least another week. This will lessen the chances of it flaring up again.

Anytime I have had this problem I have always use the strap that goes around the forearm when elbow pain comes and like someone else said gone in about two weeks

Bands will blunt the pain but not fix the problem. You need to contact an Active Release practitioner ( ART ), and have them break down the connective tissue adhesions that are causing this. Google, "Active Release" and you will find practitioners. Expect their thumbs to dig into spots you don't like BUT also expect immediate relief once this is done.
In the meantime work around NOT through the pain and do not use pain killers as they will give you a false sense of an exercise being OK.

Chest can be done on pec deck for now , Lats on Pullover machine and delts with side lateral machine, keeping elbow flexion/extension out of the picture.
Best of luck- been there and done that too ;)

This has always been a problem of mine, resulting from years of arm wrestling. I wear an ACE bandage and generally its gone within two weeks. It keeps pressure on the elbow and I can even keep on my workout schedule, just a little less intense. The great thing is, ACE bandages are pretty cheap- only around $14 for an elbow bandage.

Gonna try the reverse curls and stretches. Not sure im ready for GH at this point but that sounds very interesting.

bro, light reverse curls (bar only) will fix that right up : )

This and stretching. I had a bad case of tendonitis in my right elbow for about 3 months last year. I stretched the shit out of my forearms before every workout, and I had to warm up with reverse curls. My shit was bad enough at one point that I had to warm up the arm with 5 pound plates. Occasionally icing it after workout helped me too. Anyways just keep at it and it'll go away.

I get the same problem I agree get a support and stay away from skullcrushers and that type of movement for a while.that seems to help me just gotta rest it

try shooting some ghrp-6 and cjc w/ out dac, I've read these peptides are supposed to heal ligaments and since tennis elbow is inflammation in the elbow ligaments this should do the trick.

Get an elbow support, I got a valeo brand one when this started getting bad for me. It'll help keep the joint warm and increase the hydrostatic pressure within, lowering the chance of greater injury. Other than that I recommend lots of fish oil, flax, and if you wanna try it (i haven't yet) glucosamine chondroitin. I've soaked in warm epsom salt water while taking ibuprofen or similar nsaid otc's, this seemed to help quicker. You might wanna give your elbow a few days off, just working the lower body, abs etc.. Elbows take for ever to heal so at this point my tactic is simply minimize and deal. Good luck.
