So Iv been up and down I dieted all the way down with drugs tbol got to 8%body fat but I still had no lower abdominal muscles but I was Vascularity in my abs , work out and weighted 4x a week .
I decided to do a little bulk test , Dbol . At that time I was doing abs every day weighted most days trying to bulk the abs . I'm coming down now off of that and I'm having a problem gettin to the Lowe body fat aka holding a lower gut , started ECA stack 2 days ago .
Starting to think maybe my body don't want abs.

Any one have any recommendations ? Tried Clen about 2 weeks I was cramping like a mother fucker .

A lot of guys think abs are purely built by direct ab work, they're not. Solid, thick abs are built by big heavy compound motions like squats. Also a sold engaged fire when doing stuff like tricep press downs, bench pressing etc. Those "lumps of abs" you see are a product of that, plus the isolation work of crunches, twist etc. You're wrong in thinking you need to strip more BF, you need to build thicker denser abs.

Talk me through your schedule for movements like squats, deadlifts. How often, weight, reps etc.

DBG put a pic up the other day that's a classic example of this. Thick dense abs built from compound movements. I'd wager if he comes in here he's doesn't spend a huge amount of time doing crunches etc.

I crossfit so theres a lot of compound movements , squat once a week, snatch once week, clean and jerk,
reps and weight change weekley. then i hit isolation 3 days a week .

now that u say they thinking about my bicep work out i just had no i didn't even engage my abs when i was curling or squeez them , that is what you are saying right flexing/squeezing abs when doing movements ?

Agree with catalyst.
But don't just rely on heavy compound movements. Genetics play a huge role as well. Not everyone has abs shaped like blocks.
A good example is someone like Josh hancott:

This dude is suuuuper strong and pretty lean for his heigth (when relating to powerlifting)
Even though he squats over 250kg, he's abs aren't blocks or anything similar and I guess, there are probably even better examples when it comes to ab-shape.

So, I guess you'd need to focus more on direct ab work and build/treat them like every other muscle on your body when you want to make them more apparrent

Yes mate. As an example if you're squatting 225lbs, you can do that with sloppy form, core non engaged. Squatting 450, that's different. Sloppy core weight becones unstable. True of most exercises as things get heavier.

Deadlift? If not start doing it.
