CALVES!!!!!!!!!
ad
I'm new to eroids and was having a look through the forums and see the same old questions regarding calves and not growing it always makes me smile, you always see the same answers 3 sets of raises 3 sets of whatever 3sets of these and your good.Look at it a different way when you train your chest do you just do 2 or 3 exercises then leave the gym or are you in there for an hour so doing chest,so why are calves any different you have got to give them the time and respect any other muscle group gets so why not train them for an hour?yes it's hard and hurts like shit but I guarantee if you start thinking like this you will see a massive difference in that area
Cheers nik

Im trying one legged standing calf raise on a step now
I do 5 sets with 1 minute rest between sets.
Calves hurt for 3 days
Try walking on your toes all the time or whenever you can...like running up a staircase or down one..constant calf abuse:) lol
56tooI really believe change up is important especially for stubborn bp like calves. I also believe full range motion with full stretch at the bottom and contraction at the top is imperative for good development. I see guys at the gym piling on 4-5 plates on the sitting calf raise and then just bouncing the weight with half range motions. LOL . Most times these guys have no calf development at all..............but they're impressing the hell out of themselves
AnonArnold trained his calves 3-4 times a wk...every training day but legs. Due to the nature of the calves and the continuous stress they are put through day to day, they can deal with the added training
Well put, my calves are growing pretty good for the first time ever now that i train them 3-4 times a week.
Every day I workout I end my training with 2-6 sets of calv work.
