Bulking to cutting, do you switch training?
I'm just wondering everyone personal choice on this. I've been doing the same lifting routine for around 6 months. 4 times a week (mon-Chest/tri Tues-back/bicep thursday- legs Friday- Shoulders) My set range is around 20-25 sets. Each set I go heavy, getting around 4-8 reps. Since bulking I've done the rep range for mass gains. From personal experience I've saw better growth from doin that.
Anyways I'll be going into my cutting phase at the end of November. And since in a deficit I wont necessarily be building much muscle, if none at all. So I'm thinking of dropping heavy/less reps and going for less weight/more reps like around 10-12 reps a set. Do you guys switch you're training from bulking to cutting? Do you think the switch from heavy/low reps to lighter/more reps is best for cutting?
