Can't say much on the sodium content because I'm sure it has a lot of it but protein wise it's awesome and taste wise it's amazing. Fuck the bagels and cream cheese just put it on a piece of whole grain bread or multigrain cracker. Lox are my special breakfast treat and if you want to get it cheap go to costco. Great quality and price
