Was talking about meal prep on another post a couple days ago. This is my, oh shit, didn’t cook rice day. I thought I’d share how easy it is. Looking at around 9pm of chicken each and 240g of rice in each pouch. 850 cals, 80 pro, 70 carb, 25 fat. Already sucked down 8oz egg white and two whole eggs with a cup of coffee. Will drink close to two gallons of water and depending on how I feel later, more egg whites and whole eggs or similar chicken and rice meal post workout / evening meal.

Dude I love that cilantro lime. I eat it all of the time I buy it in bulk at bjs.

I’ll have to check Costco and Sam’s for it! I was hoping for more citrus but it hit the spot.

Morning is sub 260. End of day is close to 270. Lift, cardio, and BJJ three times of week (generally).

Used these pouches in the past but not those flavours, definitely a convenient alternative. Good stuff.

They are only worthwhile if bogo or in an emergency. I usually have 6-8 cups of cooked rice in the fridge.

Never tried these flavors! Surprisingly the macros aren’t much different between these and the non seasoned rice.
