+ 3 Mouth watering easy high cal meal

We always get sick of eating the same crap so me and missus came up with this easy to cook and easy to eat high calorie meal for those who struggle to bulk and get the cals in.

Easy bulk Super fresh high cal & protein meal
650g fresh mini chicken or chicken fillets diced up
3x fresh red an green chilli diced
2x red onion diced
2x fresh garlic clove diced
2 handful of diced frozen or fresh peppers
Small spoon of cooking oil
Dash of Garlic puree
Dash of chilli puree
3x jars of chicken tonight country French cooking sauce
Pasta of choice we love speggti pasta for this

Heat oil with garlic and chilli puree in large wok or whatever is available at high temperature once oil is crackling add the fresh diced chicken turning every so often once all evenly cooked (chicken will turn white in colour) add diced red onion fresh chilli and peppers saute for a further 4mins to soften proceed by adding all 3 jars of sauce let it come to the boil staring every few mins then reduce heat and let simmer for 20 mins in last 10mins of simmering cook pasta to disered time then plate up and enjoy
We have worked out one very large portion of this meal works out around 2348 cals per sitting!!
