+ 2 Got Milk?
Ok Who still drinks milk? For my money at least a glass a day since I was a child. I still drink milk to this day. Come on 8 grams of protein in a simple cup. Not to mention the calcium potassium. Who's with me?
Steveb offered an important website thank you brother... http://www.realmilk.com/real-milk-finder/

My wife and I go through about a gallon a day right now, it's bulking time!
Raw skim milk is the shit. Ive worked on a farm for 13 years so mine is free lol
Love the stuff.
4 x 16 fluid ounces a day with my protein shakes, 7 days a week.
Quickly works out to 448 Fluid Ounces or 3.5 gallons a week.
EDIT: I prefer the 2%, by the way. (Personally, my digestive system can't handle so much fat from whole milk and the wife's nostrils can't handle the gases that come along with it too).
this one time i drank a whole bottle of whole fat milk before bed,
couple of hours later only to wake up with diarrhea
skim milk all the way
Nothing better than milk for me when bulking. I drink a half gallon unpasteurized grass fed milk a day.
It's funny that you use the term "grass fred" while the media wants you to think otherwise, from growing up on a farm, I'll be the first to tell you that whether it's a commercial farm or "organic" (not really such thing when it comes to cows, contrary to popular belief, minus vaccines and all that nonsense) smaller farm, 99% of dairy or beef cows diets' contain grass! Whether they roam like ours did or they are fed out, main ingredients are linked back to grass. Keep in mind most dairy cows are also fed silage...GRASS!
I say this so that you are not tricked into paying Premiums for "grass fed" milk.
This is coming from growing up on a farm and having worked for one of the biggest commodity trading firms in the world. We sell all the ingredients feed mills use to make feed.
This whole grass fed business is a load of shit.
StevebI drink whole raw milk. But it's like $15 a gallon at sprouts.
I get it down the road from my parents house for about $1 a gallon. Farmers get screwed hard when they sell raw milk wholesale.
i wish i could find it
StevebDo you live near any farms? Try this site
