FISH lovers, what's the best?
ad
I LOVE seafood and all different kinds.
But I have always wondered what is the best for us body builders?
I enjoy Tuna, Salmon, cod, barramundi almost all fish and crustaceans you can get at your local seafood market. Prawns, lobsters, morton bay bugs, yabbies etc.
I'm friends with a few Australian indigenous people and I'm able to go onto their land with their permission and usually only with them too and catch sea turtles, dugongs, etc.
The people whom I mix with ONLY EVER TAKE what is required for their villages, tribes, community and that is all. (way up in North Queensland)
It's amazing to see, as they never take ANY more than what is needed to feed the community.
What is bad fish to eat if any?

I would like to know what morton bay bugs, yabbies, and dugong are. fish? crustacean? what? Just curious man I eat everything, As long as it doesnt have a pulse on my fork I'll eat it... That eat the beating heart of a turtle shit is a lil too weird for me tho
pretty sure they're all crustaceans.. stay away from those. stck with good ol' fishies
Thanks bro, I just never heard of em' God knows they arent in the freezer section at walmart or costco. Lol
butterfish Pholis gunnellus, st peter's fish and deniss are all excellent white fish. I wouldn't eat panga fish cause of the way they farm them
Salmon and Tuna have been my fish of choice if I decide I want a day off chicken and Steak. I know salmon is high in fat and animal lipids - which is good for a hard gainer like me. Tuna coz it's readily available pretty much anywhere u look.
No a major fan of seafood but will choak down large platefulls if it's gonna beast me up!
I know marlin is really high in mercury and also farmed fish in general is no bueno.
beavisI like orange roughy, it's good in protein and lower in cholesterol than most.
