What's up brothers and sisters I just thought I'd tell you all what secret ingredient I use in my chicken tacos maybe you should give it a try
Chicken breasts in crock pot like 4 to 6 hours with taco seasoning (I had a low sodium recipe for seasoning if I find it I'll post it) some lime and a RANCH PACKET the dry ranch packet woowee the ranch packet makes it creamy and complements the taco seasoning so well put all this in a crock pot and just leave it for hours shred it up and boom super good dinner high protein and like no effort if anyone has there own little secrets for chicken tacos post-it up cause I'm sure we all agree on chicken getting hard to eat cause of always eating thanks guys hope someone tries it

Oh man, I've been on crock pot tear lately too, so this is perfect! Just made an awesome beef stew but some tacos sound pretty friggin amazing. Living in Thailand there ain't exactly an abundance of authentic Mexican joints every corner. lol Thanks for the idea brother!

TryHarder007yes! off season this is a go to! keeps the chicken moist and good.
TIP for people who compete!!!!!! remember yall you weigh your chicken after you cook it right? well issue with the crock pot is it keeps so much moisture that the chicken cannot be weighed correctly. trust me pull out some crock pot shredded chicken and weigh out 8oz it will not look the same amount as like a straight breast because youre not factoring in water! just a lesson i got from a big prep coach friend of mine!!
