SSHHHH! My secret to losing weight while on the road!

ad

Sometimes we have to make the best decision we can based on what's available while traveling. Well, it seems the Chicken Apple Pecan Salad from a fast food restaurant was not the best choice last night. 1 hr later stomach starts burning, Uh, Oh! 3hrs later coming back out of both ends! But like someone said vomiting is a good Ab work!
Careful what you choose out there!

Feel for you bro on that one. Being on the road has got to be tough. I'm real fortunate to be able to plan cook & take my meals with me almost everyday. Every now & then scheduling or laziness keeps me from being prepared for the day when I get up & I struggle with the choices out there. I work in grocery stores, convenience stores, delis, restaurants & fast food joints everyday. It's tough cause a lot of them ask, "You hungry?, I'll fix you something!" Hell, I put on 20# my first year of business, then 10 lbs a year for a while...

I agree with vomiting being an ab workout. One time when I was sick I was vomiting and dry heaving all night long. Those dry heaves flexed my abs harder than I ever could in the gym. I remember feeling my abs when vomiting and thinking "damn!"
