So, looking at my pic you can tell I need to lose quite a bit of body fat. I have been lifting for 3-4 yrs but see very little improvement.
some stats :
47 yrs old
low test--on Androgel prescribed by physcian but readings are less than 600
on EC Stack 25mg ephedra/200mg caffeine 2x day
restricted cals 500 less than tdee
was thinking on going on clen/t3...any thoughts...
or should I start a test cycle

Up your Cardio, i do 4 hours a week when cutting. And you need to eat clean and consistent small meals like everyone has said, then it's just a waiting game.
I forgot to mention that i lift 4-5 x a week heavy and do 20 mins cardio right after on bike or treadmill.
theres some variable there that i dont understand then. whats the diet? im not an expert but from my reading and personal experience it seems that smaller meals, lean protein, more frequent eating, lighter weights, more reps. if you are doing all that then i suggest diving into the tons of threads in COMMUNITY--->FOrums--->WEIGHT LOSS or DIET No quick answers on here, must read. The answers are all here.
honestly its very frustrating...I dont drink beer or smoke. I use fit day to track my macros and my daily calories is 1800...I think I was blessed with chitty genes
read this before you decide. http://www.eroids.com/forum/general/general-talk/heart-attack-22yrs-old.
diet and cardio usually wont kill you. IMO youre fucking up your metabolism with ephedra and caffiene. Try eating smaller meals all throughout the day, like 5 or 6. Go through the weight loss and the diet section on eroids before trying anything like t3 and clen. Good luck.
AnonOoh.. And no more beer
Awww, come on man! lol
AnonTheres no way youve restricted your cals to 500
And if u have its only been a week or 2..
Cardio and diet! And get a good amount of fibre in your diet mate.. These are things ive always done alot of and have never been over 13-15% bf.. Normally im around 10ish but am on a bulker so eh..
There are a few supplements you could add to ur daily routine but unless you diet properly and do enough cardio theyre no help in the long run! Find a good source of fibre maybe kellogs just right or something and make sure it has minimal carbs in it.. Make ur breakfast your only source of carbs for the day and get enough protein in to stop ur muscles wasting! Ive seen alot og guys 'diet' and all they did was eat less overall without really thinking too much about a macro ratio... Low carbs low fat and sufficient protein is where you wanna be aiming!! That and high fibre and plenty of feuit and veg and you should be there in no time...
Stop drinking things other than electrolytes, h20 and 'real' fruit juice..
Cut out refined sugars.. Starches etc..
Get on ur bike or mrs for an hour bare minimum 5 days a week and ill bet my left not you lose 'bf'.. Dont aim to lose 'weight' aim to lose bodyfat.. LOW CARBS. HIGH CARDIO
Good luck
Sounds like a good plan. More cardio
