Need help cutting weight. First and last time i want to use. 25 and have never even taken the otc test or anti estrogen.

Hey you guys i'm a MT BJJ, and MMA fighter. Still ammy but want to go pro but i'm just having a extremely hard time getting from 225 to walking at 200-210. I'm 6'1 very muscular probably sitting around 15-20 percent body fat right now. I was thinking just running anavar and nolvadex to help burn weight. I still train twice a day and run miles on end like i always do. I was thinking the anavar would at least help me retain my muscle as I train heavy. I'm not fighting for another 4 months and i want this to be my first and last time doing so. I want to fight at 185. I'm already strong, lean, and big. I need to get leaner while retaining my strength and muscle. High protein 200 and low carb 200-500 daily diet with plenty of vegetables.

AnonTry IF, thats intermittent fasting. Just start by not eating after dinner and eating a late breakfast. Nothing extreme. If you really want to lose weight quick you could throw in a couple 20 hr fasts or 24. Shit works like no other. You still eat the same amount as usual or even more and you will still shed fat. There is no reason to use steroids in your situation.
Nope. More cardio and watching your diet. You don't need any AAS. If you want to burn weight like a mofo, look into an ECA stack. Ephedrine, Caffeine, Aspirin. Your work ahead of you: cardio and food prep.
What is your fat intake looking like as you didn't list it? You need fat to burn fat. A tablespoon of organic extra virgin raw coconut oil in the morning works wonders in between fasted cardio and your breakfast. Diet, homie.
