+ 1 Manipulating Insulin Sensitivity for better fatloss-

So hello folks,

I just put very much workload in following protocoll or call it a macro regime, through last months and years, which included own scientific research (not a great problem, have got free access to all papers, not just the abstracts, since I am doing my MD), several books from Dan Duchaines Body Oppus , Lyle Mc Donalds UD 2.0., John Kiefers Carb-Back-Load and many more. All knownledge is backed up with Papers from pubmed, american clinical journals, and some proffesional german literature you've to study in your medicine and biochemistry classes:

So this will be just a short introduction, if you guys are interrested in my method or my mixture of current methods, I will write more parts to this Article. Just a first idea, what it's like, sorry for not optimal english, not my mothertongue:

The regime:
Most important point: Carbohydrate Tolerance, Timing and Insulin Sensitivity:

Idea behind my regime is to provide maximum fatloss, by have got keto phases in the diet achieved thorugh carbohydrate restrictions, and fasting - nothing new, i know.
But this isn't just another keto, or CKD-regime. It's more, it's about manipulating your insuline sensitivity and carbohydrate/insulin partioning.

So basic Idea on workout days:
You just wake up... do your morning routine and don't eat just for 2 hours... to expand your ketosis and fatburning propierties of the night fast. FFA-Oxidation will peak, first meal of the day should be a mix of saturated fat and protein (one :one).
This provides low insulin levels, fat-oxidation is burning through the roof.
Workout should be done in the early evening, about 4 or 5 pm to end ...
Pre Workout meals , should be almost carb free, if it's to hardcore for you, just stick with a bit fruits or very low glyceamic carbs in small amounts right before the workout with fats/protein.

Post workout: This is when major carb intake should be done. Based on Insulinsensitivity:

You have got three major tissues in the body, which deal with carb controlling, who are supported by various organs and hormones.
The three main tissues are: Liver, Muscle and Fat.
Naturally the liver glycogen if depleted, loads itself without need for insulin via GLUT2, it's only one tissue (besides fat, which can become fructosemetabolic in very high carb feeded men), using also frutose for glycogen synthesis.

Now the major to tissues: muscles and fat. Glycogen synthesis actually goes insulin depend through GLUT4.
Fat and Muscles are differently sensitive thorughout the day for insulin. (the higher the insulin sensitivity, the better insulin "opens" this tissues for glucose metabolism and absorption of blood glucose).
Naturally on a normal circadian rhytm, Fat and Muscle become more and more resistant going towards evning for Insulin. Now thats how we do the trick.
By doing our workout in the early evening, we will push out IS (Insulinsensitivity) of our muscletissue up ... the harder you train, the more trauma you produce, the higher the IS of muscle tissue will raise.

And count 1+1: natural low IS in Fat/Muscle + workout related highly elevated IS in Muslce only =
IS high in Muscle , but low in Fat. So we partionating the anabolic effects of insulin and carbs in direction of Muscles, by eating carbs mainly in the evening after workouts!
Some helpfull supplements: Cinnamon, Garlic, Grapefruits ... from the medical range: metformine.
