Losing fat between my abs? Please help...

ad

So I have lost about 30lbs during this ebc... and FINALLY cut all over, except for my abs!

I can not for the life of me get the fat out from between them.

Does anyone know any tricks to hitting these areas? Please share if so...

Thanks guys

Just stick to an adjust ur carbs accordingly for energy 50 might be a tad to low and like i said do HIIT 3 times a week split 30secs blast off with a jump rope then drop to the floor and do 30 secs of mountain climbers then followed by 30secs rest then repeat for 4 sets

Then next time change it up 30secs hardcore jump rope... then get on the tredmil, elliptical or just sprint if ur doing this at home away from the gym witch is ideal.. 30 yard sprint run that full blast touch an come back 15 second rest so on repeat that kind of training focuses more on fat then burning muscle an also keeps you burning fat 3x longer an can add muscle to boot regular cardio is for the bee's IMO

Do your cardio in a fasted state (before breakfast) or AFTER you get done lifting weights. By doing it this way you will be using more of your fat reserves as the fuel your body needs instead of just using the stored glucose in your muscles. You have used up alot of that glucose during your lifting session and haven't built up any reserves if you do it before breakfast, so what does the body use for fuel-- FAT.

I always hit cardio after lifting.. Unfortunately with my work hours, hitting the gym before work may be impossible.

But I will give it my best! Thanks bro!

The two best times to do it are before you eat anything for the day or after you are done lifting, so if you can't make it in the morning you should be fine doing it after workouts.
