Intermittent Fasting Diet Plan??
ad
I've been getting a lot of emails on this topic. Apparently I signed up for something somewhere and these emails comes as a result.
Has anyone ever tried intermittent fasting? It seems pretty intense and like all diets out there it promises crazy results.
Anyone tried this type of diet presented my Vince Del Monte, Joel Marion or Ben Pakulski? They are seem to be pushing this type of diet.
Thanks.

sgtstedankoI honestly do it all the time. Don't expect the crazy results. That being said, that's a great way start your metabolism firing up. Try 1 day per week... On gear, of course
This plan calls for a big cheat day then a liquid only fast day, followed by a protein shake and fruit only day then one meal the next day with heavy amino acid supplementation and then 2 days with moderate carbs and protein meals starting at 1pm in the afternoon... something like that from what I can remember.
They claim this to be there pre-contest diet.
Water protein Cheerios 360 calories no fat 40 grams protein 25 carbs
I will do only that at last 2 weeks of cycle to see where im at with my primo eq and prop
Someone recommended that for drying out before a show add cinnamon for flavor
sgtstedankoWell, I don't know about all that. Seems too complicated for me. Bodybuilders do weird shit like that that all the time. Probably works, when you want/need2be@4%bf:) Personally, I follow the K.eep I.t S.imple S.tupid rule, for everything diet & AAS related. If you've fat to burn, imo do something like. 55/30/15 pro/carbs/fats All higher quality foods... Energy 40/40/20. Endurance. 25/60/15... That's the ratio/s that work best for me, brother. I really think everybody is different. But I like food too much. That being said, Every once in a while I do the bodyopus diet for a few weeks or so, w/primo, low dose of test & winny & clen (which I'm not a big fan of) & that shit, probably gave me the the most dramatic results from a short diet burst @ the end of cycle... Give it a shot & report back
