Fat maintenance/loss while in bulking?
ad
Hey all,
Now I know that while on any bulking program one will inevitably accumulate some fat. I do however, have a question regarding keeping fat to a minimum.
Is there any merit in over-consuming calories on lifting days to promote muscle growth and then under-consuming on cardio days to burn off some fat.
Would this put too much of a damper on a bulk? Would this be effective at keeping fat loss to a minimum?
Thanks.

I don't trip, I watch what I eat (i.e. keep away from fast food, fried foods etc...) and worry about cleaning it up post cycle
shoxingbiceps17Just take TREN! Lol
Not EVEN funny!
Thats a hard balance sometimes. Id propose some bike/treadmill in evening as needed to lose any extra cals. Typically though doing both at same time is difficult. Its wintertime...puff up a lil..
start from a lean base and the amount of fat you'll add while bulking won't be a huge deal
If your bulking then bulk every day and if your cutting then cut every day.. sept cheat days.. every one needs a cheat day
No1your muscle are recovering on off days so not eating enough on ''cardio'' days would not be good
