Expresso Cafe (Coffee)....sugar, no sugar or artificial substitute sugar???

Hello everyone this is a great site with tons information and knowledge, so a quick thank you to all....anyways I just wanted to hear some advice on sugar, no sugar or substitute sugar choices for my expresso shot(s). What do you consider as a better choice...Im lost with all the choices available nowadays ....spenda, raw sugar, brown sugar, truvia...ect.. or just plain old refined white sugar?

Its the ones containing maltodextrin that you need to look out for. Splenda powder has it in it, not sure what others.

Stick with Truvia man, its pricey like sc2216 said but its alot better than the other choices cause it does not contain aspartame, that shit is not good for ya man. Or so studies say, but I would stay away from it. Besides Truvia is natural anyway.

i like truvia, most natural out of the ones even tho its a little more costly. i put it in my coffee and oatmeal. im sure a lot of people will tell you dont use any of them
