dry chicken!

Hey guys I wanted to get some feedback on sugar! I've been currently adding some ketchup or BBQ sauce on my chicken breast, I can't eat it straight anymore! I've done 2 bodybuilding competition and I completely cut out my sugars. What I wanted to know if its ok to have some sugar if so how much? And just to maintain what's the average amount one should have a day. Any info would be much appreciated.

DON'T cut your chicken into small pieces before grilling,and don't over grill them. That will solve the "dry" issue. Try Mcormick's Grill Mates, they come in black kool-aid looking packets..99 cents at Walmart. Only 1 gram of sugar, 2 total grams of carbs per packet and one packet will season 2lb. of chicken. Plus, they only need to be marinated for 30 min! Tasty as fuck!!
