Cutting advice
I am 27
weight : 94kg or 208lbs - Dont know bodyfat
Currently on cycle of test e 600mg a week.
Basically been dirty bulking and gained alot of fat also my first lot of test was either bunk or underdosed so i have now got a FAT lower back and love handles and it is very noticeable in tops and hoodies.
Bought some new test e wondering how should i dose it as i am just going to cut now would 300mg a week be good?
I will also be doing intermittent fasting - eating from 2pm-8pm.
Diet will be as follows -
2pm - Open fast with a protein shake with semi skimmed milk. 30 grams protein.
2.30pm - Half a boiled chicken breast with spinach - 30 grams of protein.
4pm - Half a boiled chicken breast with spinach - 30 grams protein
5.30pm - 2 whole meal toast - 6 boiled Eggs Remove the yellows - 28 grams Protein
7pm - Protein shake with semi skimmed milk and 1 teaspoon of peanut butter - 30 Grams
8pm - Casein shake with semi skimmed milk - 40 grams protein.
Training
In mornings fasted weight training - one set heavy and 3 sets light. Then straight after cardio 30mins on treadmill. Thinking about 7 days a week cardio and 5 days weight training.
More carbs ?
Will 300mg test e maintain my muscle?
If i had to estimate i would say im at 19% BF but almost all my fat goes on my hips and lower back aswell as on my chest.

Anonnot sure if i understand your diet protocol there. looks like you're fasting until 2pm each day. not enough calories, bro, especially if you're working out. your body will go into a sort of survival mode and start hoarding the calories it does get because it's trying to adapt to your starvation. IMO, i would switch it up. open up in the am with complex carbs over simple sugars as best you can through out the morning. be sure to have a protein source with every meal and try to eat every 2-3 hours. by about 2 pm, try to start tapering those carbs so that you're taking in less than 25g per meal and up the protein content and water intake. last meal of the day: ZERO carbs! if you work out in the evening, within 90 min of ending your workout, you should consume atleast 30g protein and 60 g of simple carbs - this should be all liquids. your next meal can be no sooner than an hour from here. good luck to ya!
Did you say wait an hour before eating anything after your PWO meal? Damn. I only wait about 20-30 mins. Is this to make sure that the nutrients you drank get absorbed?
Anonyes. some nutrients do compete for absorption, though this is on a small scale. outside of that, proteins, fibers, and fats have the potential to slow down the digestive process. IMO, pwo goal should always be to ensure optimum delivery of nutrients to the recovering muscle. meal timing is the key here.
Worked it out to be hitting 2000 calories and i have got some clen from a past cycle and will be running it.
Anonclen fks with my blood pressure. bad..
