Clen for weight loss

Just wondering what people's thoughts were to using clen for a cut.
Do I use it while on cycle or wait til I'm off?
What's a good beginning dosage?
Good source or go pharma grade?
Are the sides as bad as described?
Will I sleep?

basically clenbuterol causes the temperature of the body to rise, spurring a rise in metabolic activity. it means that the body fat that was stored is burned at a much quicker and efficient rate. this weight loss predominantly comes from a reduction in fat tissue as opposed to losing muscle.

for most men the maximum Clenbuterol dosage will be 140mcg per day and it´s recommended to be taken in a pyramidal cycle (starting with 40 mcg per day and increasing 20 mcg every day until you reach to the 120-140 mcg. after few days taking that dose, it should go down slowly until the level you started with).

if the clean it good, you will feel nervous, your hands will shake, your body temperature will be higher, your heart beating will be increased and, sometimes, your muscles will cramp (do not forget to take few bananas everyday to avoid this feeling!)

if you take the tabs after 4-5 pm sleeping will be hard.

to answer some of your questions usually clen can be used on and off cycle but usually only used on cutting cycles, some guys use it to bridge between cycles. As fo a beginning dosage everyone is different depends how good the clen is and how sensitive your body is to stimulants my advise is start slow a bit less than recommended because you can always go up but once it in you its in you. i have done ug and pharma not a huge diff if you get a good source, there is plenty on here just look around. the only sides i get are mild hand shakes for a few hours but im always in the gym other than that nada, just dont take it late afternoon/evening and you should be fine. hope i helped a bit, good luck
