Anybody tried Lipostabil? (injectable used in mesotherapy)

I've heard of lipostabil by Sanofi Aventis, its an injectable solution of PCDC used to dissolve localized fat.
It is used in posh beauty salons and clinics under the name of "mesotherapy". It's completely legal, although not FDA approved.
I would like to know if anybody tried it, and what results they had.
Also, if anybody knows any reputable source - if I can ask this as it is NOT an ILLEGAL product!

I used it many many years ago - outcome was moderate to light. The main problem was that it was so localized that it required slim pins about every 1/2 inch. just to do love handles required 20-40 pins per side (depending on area). 100+ pins easy to do entire mid section. bruising was moderate. itching was annoying for about the first 12 hours. takes about 6-8 weeks doing it 2 to 3 times a week. effort was way too much. I'd rather do diet and exercise then mesotherapy again - and I hate diet and exercise.
