Keep workong hard on the weight loss sir!....you definatly want bf lower before you consider a cycle, this will reduce the chances of estro related issues ( gyno) , pb issues,....plenty of info on this topic just use the search tool and wahlah!....
U mite also check out the diet clinic, lots of good ideas in there!
Look up catalyst , Makwa , ...they also have excellent info on nutrition in there profiles..
Good luck n keep up the hard work
GnarkillOnce you get your bloods and feel sure enough you want to jump on some test then I would do 300 to 500 mg of testosterone cypionate due toothed fact that you only have to inject once a week because it has a long ester
VERY BAD ADVISE -2 did you not see what his bf% is you potentially telling him to run a cycle with no prior knowledge
GnarkillYeah I seen it that's why I said once he's ready and has had his bloods done otherwise I would have just said to start now instead also everyone else commented on bf so I figured that message was already cleared up i also believe the advice I gave is correct for someone that is in normal bf % has had bloods
That's not what your advice says you need to go back and read it again do not give cycle advice to anyone
GnarkillWhen I read it i myself believe that's super reasonable once his bf is down what advice would you give then just for educational purposes
Thanks my body fat is 23.5% I've dropped from 248bls to 216bls my body fat percentage has dropped I check with my my physician but I will definitely get blood work done Tuesday

Good for you for loosing the weight just keep at it and you will achieve your goals . Do your self a favor don't touch the gear unless under a medical doctors care till you get your body fat down.. You will thank yourself you did
dropdzzActually start with blood work. You body fat percentage has no baring on weather you should use gear.Low test can actually be the reason you're fat, however if your testosterone levels are in a normal range see post below.
Bf% has no baring if he should run a cycle ???very bad advice
dropdzzI see you say that a lot and I am pretty sure I follow your logic, and it has to do with estrogen.I can only speak for my own experience and the low testosterone was the reason for my body fat.Once I started the trt and estrogen supression the body fat fell very quickly.
I do agree with you that most people should approach diet first with weights and cardio, however if low test is the reason for you fat ,that approach doesn't work.
I guess I should have been more specific and told him to get a doctors advice before starting gear.
Even with low test you can loose weight . More calories burned than taken in puts you in a calorie deficit = fat loss .
dropdzzIt wasn't working for me.I was eating about 900 calories a day and was stuck at 365lb .I got my test checked it was around 150 were it should have been around 750.I started with androgel and lost 165 lb in two years. Now I agree with you about getting diet correct and a lot of people think aas are the magic bullet and you assertions about that have been correct but calorie deficit doesn't always equal fat loss...sometimes it equals muscle loss and bone loss.
A better diet and plenty of cardio. Steroids aren't your answer at 27% BF.
Honestly diet cardio and diet leave the AAS alone your setting up for big time issues with estro due to your BF % once you get it to 15-16 % then we can talk about it
