Just wondering if or how much tuna some of you all include in your diet. Its just so convenient and 65 cents a can. A good 13 g of protein. I really like it to be a forced meal. Eat a can with a glass of water. Is this a good thing?

i blend about 30g of tuna, 2 scoop oatmeal, with orange juice. 3 times a day))
kipprI blend a few cans of tuna with tomato juice when I need a quick meal!
BilMcbigballsI do the same thing! Force down a can of tuna at some point in the day.
When on a low carb diet I like to put .50-.75 oz of mayo in a small bowl and mix in a splash of hot sauce and some pepper and stir it until it has a "sauce" consistency then mix that into a can of tuna. It makes for a tasty protein/calorie dense snack. Only good when bulking or on a keto type diet. Other than that just pinch your nose and slam the tuna for that cheap protein!
dickjuice2min rice microwave & can tuna with oil lemon pepper I do this 4 times a week
The other quick meal is 4eggs microwave and raw greens thats more of a late night snack or meal on the size of you
Thanks dick juice haha
NikotaurusI usually eat 4-5 eggs, a can of tuna, onion, paprika and a slice of bread for breakfast. Quick, easy, healthy and tasty!
Tuna is a great source for quick cheap quality protein, my go to. I will at times literally eat it out of the can, and swallow it down with a big glass of water or milk without even stopping to taste. Btw check the serving size on your can. 2 servings per can at 13g protein per serving= 26g per can.
Tuna is Great! Also try adding 1 cup of cottage cheese flavoured with a spoon full of natural bkueberry jam for another 30g of protien
Tuna vinegar and read onion chopped Finley it's delicious
AnonTuna, yellow mustard and hot sauce... So damn delicious
MightyMatt812Love me some sushi and tuna is great I can eat it all the time

Tuna is great just make sure you get the light..the chunk has high mercury which in the long run is not good for you.
I was going to mention this but you took care of it. Mercury poisoning is no joke.
Yeah tuna is good. I add it to pasta, baked potatos, on top of bread. I know it goes well with mayo but that's not healthy. Tuna has so much protein.
Zx636RRi eat this stuff right outta the can...call me old fashioned
TARANISMe to with a tiny bit of mayo just for texture, but 2 can of that keeps you going a bit with i little whey shake,
,im trying to get 6 or7 thousand a day at the momentbut i usde a product called ATLAS super weight gainer 1500 kcals a shake usually split into 4 so your getting 50g,if your using the two a day you would be getting 100g of protein at a time to much so i split into 4 ,, proptein a shake plus other good thinmgs,i also use a product callerd myprotein,(company name), but its myoats i think and is ground so fine you can mix it,, to your shake making it more balanced and other things but this diet is working a treat for me

TARANIS
i hear vike eats 10 cans a day wow ,i think i would just be sick
marlostanfieldMayo and tuna sandwiches are something I'd be okay with eating nothing but for the rest of my life.
YESSSSSSSSS, tuna is phenomenal. At least one can a day for me. I get mine from walmart and its 20 grams of protein per and about 75 cents a can. Tuna is one of God's chosen foods lol
I wish I could stomach tuna but I just cant.
Its one food I cant get down.
I have found if I take a bite then swig it down with water this helps me a lot. Might wanna try it. I have eaten eggs every day for so long now I have to do the same thing with them.
Thats exactly what I do.
I think everybody has to at some point. I can barely gag down eggs, tuna and chicken without water. Sucks.
Try actual tuna steaks. Taste nothing like the stuff you get in the cans. I only eat my tuna via actual fish steaks since I tried them from the fish market. Just is a lot more expensive :(
Anontuna and eggs are my staple go to snacks!
Actually a can of tuna is 2 servings so that's 26 grams of protein. I eat tuna on a regular, a can a day, which also has its benefits for your feel good chemical in the brain as well as omegas. Tuna is clean and a great source of protein. I strongly recommend a can a day. I prefer my tuna in water and I like it chunky... Enjoy that tuna my friend....
noob941bam beat me to it by 6 minutes musicman..i too eat atleast a can a day sometimes 2 and water is the way to go...i was rushing at sams and ended up with 36 cans in oil this time but you can bet i will pay attention from here on out...stay strong brother
tuna is my friend right out of the can with a fork. If you want higher quality buy the pouches; there is more protein because they cook the tuna in the can but they do not do that with a pouch.
It's a great thing. Or you could try Vikings diet soda with Tuna in a blender drink I've been doing it lately blend the Tuna pour In soda of your choice and enjoy fast way to get it down!
Damn tuna in a blender drink. That would turn a boy into a man real fast
The first couples times is rough but you get use to it
