Test-E Diet

ad

I'm in 6th week of Test-E 500mg (1st cycle). Gained 8 pounds so far but what I'm most impressed by is the fat burning of the test so far. I was expecting to bloat more, not get less bodyfat. I am eating like an animal and not doing any cardio so I am definitely surprised that I have even less bodyfat than before I started.

I'm stuck at 190 past 1.5 weeks so am considering adding a bit of junkier stuff to my diet (dense calories) in an effort to get the required caloric surplus.

Here's today:

7am - giant shake (800 cals)
10am - bacon egg and cheese on a croissant (much junkier than my norm)
12pm - potbellies "the wreck" sandwich with the works (1k cals)
2pm - cottage cheese with fruit, skim milk, some potato chips
4pm - 300 cal energy bar with tons of carbs and shit
post workout - large cup of cranapple juice to spike insulin. then 10-20 minutes later 50g whey protein shake.
9pm - large meat dinner

I don't want to overdo the "bulk" of my diet as I've done so in the past and not liked the results.

Would like to get to 200 lbs by the end of the cycle but not at the cost of remaining low-bodyfat.

Your morning protein is too high. Your sandwiches are high in fat. Your better off doing increments of 32gm protein at a time you will be less hard on your kidneys and you just piss the rest out because that's about all your body can process at one sitting (Debatable in some circles). You are also really early into the cycle as you will not start to see drastic effects until week 4 so I wouldn't worry about it. If you start off with a little protein in morning and go to carbs until afternoon you will still manage to put on weight. You also have no natural proteins like chicken, tuna and steak like Fast said. If this is your first cycle you probably will come close to 20 lbs if not over but don't plan on keeping it all. You will prob only keep 12 lbs even with proper PCT but that is kick ass considering it takes about a year to put on 6-8 lbs naturally. There is nothing wrong with putting on lean muscle slowly over time as apposed to lots of mass quickly and having to lose fat after a cycle. The other thing to caution here is the protein. I learned this the hard way. I pounded the protein on a 2 gm per body pound method and wound up in the doctors office with my kidneys in a bad way. My protein was too high and it was like running sandpaper over my kidneys. After researching I discovered that it was actually 2gm per kilogram of body weight. so I was eating 400 gm a day which was 120 more than I needed. Just my 2 cents worth. Try and hook up with Tread or Viking like Fast suggested as they are the resident experts on diet programs. Good luck!

Fast48 is right, 2-2.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight. Also, instead of dirty calories, try adding a couple cups of oatmeal to your meals early in the day, the complex carbs will do you good.

Looks like crap! 2.5gms protien per pound body weight. Wheres your chicken? Protein drinks? Tuna? Milk?

ok here's my normal day:
morning shake contains 100g protein, then either the egg sandwich or a 5 egg omlette, then meat and veggies for lunch, cottage cheese and milk in afternoon, 50g protein shake before dinner, large quantities of meats for dinner, maybe another 50g shake before bed. i'm probably falling just short of 2g per lb of bodyweight so i can try to up it.

Its important to hit several things here to blast you off again. Up that protein...yes. Try hard to get 25-50gms every two hours. Thats where things like mix your shake and chug at break work great. Chicken lasts great thru the day without spoiling. Tuna...Pop a can add hot sauce for spicey treat. Splitting meals up keeps the protein levels in blood consistant.. Its EXTREMELY important after cycle to keep the gains. See forums....I FINISHED CYCLE NOW WHAT. Great read. Spiking protein like its reafs on the note means you're protein positive three times a day. The rest...your body is cataboluc...eating your gains. Chicken breasts in huge freezer bag at store for $8 and help tons. Also read up on types of protein. Whey id fast into nlood and best 30 muns after gym. Chicken is slowest digested. So it give a lul protein for many hours.

great info, thanks. will focus more on chicken and tuna for sure. have 10 boneless skinless chicken breasts brewing in the crockpot as i type this! love the idea of tuna straight out of the can just adding hot sauce. good stuff.

If you run your foods correct....you can continue growing with fat drops. A real cutting diet when you do one is not much harder per se......just bland. So hot sauce or salsa helps. Read labels though so your keeping salt in check on some salsas. Then bloating and high blood pressure headaches is lowered. Lots of water intake too. Byproduct of proteins is ammonia. Keep the piss clear and you know your hydrated properly
