Peanut butter. I avoided putting it in my shakes for the longest time because I'm not a huge fan of the stuff, but I have to say it. This stuff makes it taste like I'm cheating. It might be high fat, but it's mostly unsaturated and has been a huge help to me bulking.
To those dissuaded due to not caring for the taste I hope you try it. I certainly regret not trying it earlier.

almond butter is tastier. i don't buy it anymore since I can't stop before half the jar is gone. pb is good shit too.

did you get the natty stuff? otherwise you are getting a shit ton of sugar in it as well .. you can try almond butter as a substitute also.

I use natural peanut butter in my shakes. The other day I was out and wanted a snack and tried regular peanut butter on some crackers and it tasted like shit to me. So now I prefer the natural over regular. Pisses me off there is still 3 grams of sugar in it. I am thinking about making my own.
check your label, it should say just peanuts and salt. .. i haven't used any in sometime, I buy the almond butter by the case.. I use it for the fats not the proteins and add it to my shakes. although I like to eat it right out of the jar too ;-)

Love peanut butter, do,a jar a week. Sandwiches , drinks or just a spoonful. Lovett it!

It's disgusting because you got away from all that hydrogenated oil...which really is Trans fat in disguise. Nothing natural about that garbage PB at all...it's just a glop of hydrogenated oil, a man-made invention and ONE of the scourges of obesity. Why would you eat something that doesn't exist naturally/biologically, ya know?

Only listed ingredients are peanuts and salt. I'm pretty sure that's just peanut oil on top which is unsaturated CIS fat.
