Can I get some feedback on a decent tasteing Whey? Bought spin off of Muscletech at Walmart and the shit was nasty as hell! What is good to mix with your shake?

ISOPURE chocolate or vanilla. It mixes really well. you on ly need a little over a cup of water to mix the powder it is so thin. I mix mine with ice and water. I make a 16oz shake that contains 100 grams of protein and 0 carbs. It is very good too. Even better if you add peanut butter.
I only mix my protein with water and my stuff is 1 of the best on the supplement market(ain't no GNC bullshit'). Nutrishop, if you're looking for straight protein and a good amound Forza Pro chocolate is great!(it taste like chocolate milk, is smooth and goes down easy, not grainy in the least). If you're looking for carbs and protein(whole wheat, whey iso) then the Pro7 Hardgainer is for you (also smooth taste like chocolate milk and isn't griany in the least!). Forza pro has 35g protein the Pro7 Hardgainer has 54g carbs and 28g protein. Pro7 is 45dollars and the Forza pro is 60 (I believe they ship so if there's not a store by you you're in luck). Yes it does bad gas. I switched to dymatize elite whey protein isolate. last longer less calories has more protein and cost less and was top rated by just about everyone. I go through syntha 6 in half the time I do the dymatize.
x2 dymatize is one of, if not the best, pro shakes out there. even their elite mass(weight gainer) is probably the leanest shake out the. almost no sugar and 600 quality cals. all the aminos needed, i mean, its the funk diggity!

Any flavor will do. Real quick oats are best ether microwaved or stove top, but you can use instant packs even with cold water. Protein powder + Oats is closer to real meal and WAY better nutrition. Stay Strong!

Whey isolate from cytosport, apple flavor, low calories, no clumps, you can mix it with a spoon.
Champion chocolate is favorite, but just started this week on Nectar lemonade & mix this 2 scoops, 46 grams protium in a 1/2 gallon container with crystal light or cheapo similar lemonade & drink it while at gym lifting. More like a drink than shake...
I use Syntha 6 and love the taste. I go cookies and cream 2 scoops and 12 ounces skim milk its the bomb. Its like a dessert. I will say though one serving is 2 scoops so 5 lbs dont last long. Its $39.99 and last 20-25 days 2 shakes a day sometimes 1.

Check out flea markets too, I got this lady at our local flea market that gets MuscleMilk, Cellmass, and other good brand stuff from retailers like CVS and Walgreens for pennies on the dollar. She gets em so cheap because the retailers can only have them on the shelves for so long, so she buys them in bulk past the dues dates and sells em at the flea market. 5 lbs of muscle milk for $15, Cellmass for $20. Its a fucking steal bro. Aint nothing wrong with that shit, its g2g.

I use Gaspari Myofusion. Tastes good and i pay about $37 for a 5lb tub. They just launched a new probiotic series that I haven't tried yet.
