+ 1 Vitamin D will be moved from being listed as a Vitamin to being listed as a Pro-Hormone ? Could this be true ?
ad
My fellow Eroids bro Meister had posted a comment yesterday saying he got some info from a reliable source that said Vitamin D will be moved from being listed as a Vitamin to being listed as a Pro-Hormone in 2015 . He says he doesn't know if they will be taking it off the shelves or when but if this is true better stock up .
Has anyone else heard or this happening ? And what is your insight or opinion on this ?

Thanks for posting this Pump!
It's true that I said it and that I got it from someone who I know to be in the know. That of course does not mean it will become reality, but it is what I was told.
If this turns out to be a big steaming pile of poop, I take full responsibility and blame and will say it now…My Bad.
Just wanted to provide others with what I was informed of.
Hey Brotha nothing wrong with passing on info that you heard that may be true . Better to be told and aware then not know at all .
Thanks for the info and sharing it with us we shal see next year what happens . Good looking out
I doubt it will be listed as a prohormone since it is used to fortify many foods due to high levels of vitamin D deficiency across the US in all age groups particularly the growing 65+
Swonky...Interesting. This is what I've found!

Great read bro ! That sheds some light on the question of it being or converting into a pro hormone . I still wonder if it will be changing over to be considered a pro hormone in the new year and be taken off the shelves . Good find Brotha
I just did a few quick google searches: Vitamin D gets processed by the liver into calcefidiol, which then gets processed in the kidneys as Calcitriol; "Calcitriol increases the level of calcium (Ca2+) in the blood by increasing the uptake of calcium from the gut into the blood, and possibly increasing the release of calcium into the blood from bone."
These chemicals are classified as 'prehormones' and 'secosteroids.' I've no credentials in biology but just because something is classified as steroidal doesn't mean it's going to be effective for muscle building - Cortisone and cholesterol come to mind.
Someone more versed in this field could probably correct me and shed more light on this.
Yes. Very informative and very accurate.
Oh and nice username...hahaha
Good find bro ! Yea we will se who can shed more light on this
this doesn't sound right at all...
Yea just passing on the info . Maybe he got it from an inside source . Not sure just wanted everyone to chime in and see if they heard of this happening
