Brandon Lily .a man I have much respect for in the weight lifting game ! He has given me much motivation to pursue my Goals
Here is his take on guys that say they just don't have the genetics to make it .also his option on steroids or the natural way Must watch .
I will be posting more on Brandon lily as he has great advice and knowledge that's we can all use

Brandon Lily is the man he is very truthful on everything he talks about i respect him cause after his injury he recovered over that in little under a year and was back on the platform if that isn't heart idk what is!
That he is he's a tell it how it is type of guy
