Vegetables help

ad

Ok so I haven't eaten a Vegetable or fruit in like 14+ years I hate them all and trust me I've tried every possible way with them aka I can fucking cook like a boss. Also multivitamin make me sick with food without before I sleep when I wake up. M6bdoc says I'm super healthy including bloods but I think I can make better gains maybe if I had some so any suggestions would be great willing to try whatever oh and no I do not have scurvy lol happy 4th

Try a greens supplement. I know it shouldn't be a replacement for eating veggies but it's better than nothing. I'm not a big fan of many veggies either so I just use greens freak by pharmafreak. The vanilla chai flavor isn't too bad I mix it with 1 tablespoon organic cacao powder and 1 teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon. Drink it in the morning with breakfast, gives a nice energy boost during the day

I don't have a problem with vegetables but sometimes I just don't feel like eating... I'm doing 6 meals a day so sometimes I'm in a rush or at work and I'll just blend it together. It sounds kind of gross but if you imagine that you're drinking soup it's not so bad. That being said I'm not sure if blending the veggies/chicken or whatever I'm eating has any affect on the nutritional value but it's gotta be better than nothing at all.

I have found that I like a lot of the frozen steamable vegetables when I do not have time to prepare fresh. Easy to steam in the bag in the microwave, pre-seasoned or plain, easy go to for veggies. Mix with some chicken, fish, or veggie burger and really decent healthy meal. Fruits I like for a mid morning snack, apple, plum, peach, or banana. For me, to get my body fat down a little more, it's keeping the cheat foods in check, I need more discipline. Good luck finding something that you like.
