I tried it too and got nada. Weird.

I used 'Devils Claw' for severe undiagnosed joint pain. And it was great stuff.

I've used Super Cis twice and have been very happy with it. It has deca like properties in it that help with joint pain. Basically, it holds a little water in you sockets and joints and took alot of my pain away. It's super anticatabolic, so you can acheive great gains. Definitely not like real deca but is a great supplement. I really don't know if it strengthens tendons and ligaments like it claims, but it has helped with joint pain alot. I started feeling the effects after half the bottle was gone though, that was the only down fall.

I felt it helped my joint pain and also decreased bodyfat somewhat, but I had to take twice the recommended dose.

I think SuperCissus is a great product. I have used it 5 or 6 times maybe more. Had a shoulder injury a while ago although it is currently fully healed SuperCissus makes it feel really strong. Also when using SuperCissus knees and elbows never acted up. Kind of hard to explain. I think it is a really good product relativly cheap and should be a staple in most stacks. It just provides security, I also recently found out that Cissus surpresses cortisol by up to 30% so great for a cycle to help out with that extra cortisol. Supercissus is great for strengthening tendons and ligaments and works quick. Glucosomine and Chondrotin improve cartilage and cartilage takes up to 8 weeks to grow/repair so for 2 months you really are in a grey area with whether or not it works with Glucosomine. Supercissus is fast acting.

i tried it, didn't help. Everyone is different though, just cause it didn't work for me does not mean it won't work for u.
