Shopping for food
With all the information that is available about proper nutrition and dieting I have found it too be easy to get completely lost in all of it. Where do some of you shop for your food to ensure what you are getting is natural? Is whole foods the only place you can guarantee that what you are getting is natural food?

LaTTTimer99Whole Foods is great but their prices don't justify IMO buying everything there.
In my experience, time is a factor - if you HAVE the time, find your local non-grocery, DIRECT butcher - that's where I buy most of my meat - they have better prices than stores, better quality, and almost always from a local or near local farm - grass-fed 93% lean ground beef, etc. -
Then for fruits and vegetables, do you have a Farmer's Market in your area? Typically they'll be every Saturday in a parking lot somewhere - I guess what I'm getting at is you can cut costs, assure quality and consistency with buying DIRECT from the farmers.
I go to 3-4 different grocery stores / markets / butchers to get what I need. I find that I save money this way and get great quality and prices, BUT I spend a shitload of time doing this lol. So like anything else, it's a trade-off.
My 2 cents buddy
def have to agree with you one that, sometimes I have to sacrifice the whole natural foods and get whats available because of work family and such... I def stop by the local farmers and buy their goods out of the quality and to help the local bussiness.
