OMEGA 3 can't miss in our diet!

Essential fatty acids omega 3 supplements are almost "universal" in the sense that intervene positively in many diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis and hypertension.
For optimal health we all need Omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA, daily.
