JayD718There's a great product made by Nature's Bounty, called Time Released B-Complex with Folic Acid Plus Vitamin C. Amongst the other B vitamins, Folic Acid, and Vitamin C, there's 250mcg of B-12. That's 4,167% of your daily value.
On every blood test that I take, my B-12 is always well into the optimal range. Also, when you take this vitamin, you can actually feel a nice rush of clean, healthy energy. I'm not sure if I'm really describing it right, but it gives you a general healthy feeling, that you have to see for yourself. This vitamin is actually the reason why I've never had to take injectable B-12!

However most of the sources sell the substance you require, just pick up a local one to you for faster delivery.

StevebB12 is just a vitamin, It's not an illegal substance. So when people ask what's your favorite protein are we supposed to say we can't name sources? And no most sources don't sell vitamin B12. Actually almost no sources sell it.
