ad
Anyone tried taking this before for energy and overall health? It's my understanding ingesting B vitamins is not nearly as effective as injectable forms.

Obama BlowsWOW! Everyone on this page is all of a sudden banned lol
LET'S GET THAT WALL OF SHAME GOIN LOL
I currently use cyanocobalamin twice a week at 1000mcg/ML. I noticed a good amount of clean energy and a great boost of endurance in my workouts (workout at night after 9 hour shifts) I know its easy to obtain and is often prescribed to older males with low vitamin B
keep us updated, been looking into getting inject vitamin b for a while
Obama BlowsI'm about to order a buncha amps of B injections as well. Since I'll be off cycle soon, I'm hoping it'll give me a bit more energy in the gym...never tried them before though
BirmonI just ordered a 250ml bottle of B complex from a vet supply site. It was only $8. I'm hoping it works, let us know how yours works out for you.
How did that vitamin b work for you?
AnonCan you tell us the name of the site? Thanks!

SeaHawkIve used the same. Never had a problem and very cheap. It's also correctly dosed @ 100mcg rather than 1000mcg.
BirmonGood to know, thanks
i just started the B12 today. need a few more days to notice the difference, but energy levels and focus seemed a little better first thing in the AM (after injection) than usual.
injectable meds are always more effective than orals. it has to do with first-pass metabolism and how the orals are degraded prior to entering the blood stream. when injecting, it is absorbed into the blood stream without going through this process. dose for dose, the injectable strength enters the system higher than that of an oral.
BirmonWhat is your injection frequency for the B 12?
500mcg daily
