If you have to ask, you aren't ready for either.
DNP sucks btw, I would so much rather suffer through a long hard strict diet than even a couple weeks on that poison. PS I have chronic dry eyes now, and I think DNP is to blame.
onetwothree123DNP burns more fat and is muscle sparing. T3 is very good but only if on cycle due to the muscle wasting.
ya bro stay away from dnp look it up on wiki and look at some of the shit it is used for it is a harsh chem and should be used with EXTREME caution or not at all
onetwothree123DNP is nothing to play around with it must be used with caution. In my run with DNP I lost 12 pounds in 2 1/2 weeks 95 percent of it being fat. Just take extra pre cautions and never exceed 600mg there is no need to. There is an article online called "how not to fuck up on DNP" have a look at it.
Thank You guys. I appreciate the concern. Years back I read that is actually TNT and makes you sweat yellow it's so toxic
SpyVWell it's not TNT. However, it has been used as a component in explosives.
Everyone here is right when they say you should tread lightly around it, do a lot of research on it, and be cautious. This whole thread interestingly belongs in the Weightloss section, since it is decidedly not an AAS.
I'm currently in the midst of a cycle of DNP right now, and it hasn't been particularly exciting, or jaw dropping. Could be a crap batch, which seems to be the case, but in my opinion thus far, a clean diet and smart training can easily achieve what someone on DNP will achieve - plus none of those pesky sides like, oh I don't know, dying.
Hah, but in any case, lots of articles on the subject - read them all atleast twice.
Thanks guys. I decided to Pass on the DNP
not to be a dick, but pass on both... if you dont know how to run them, YOU DONT WANT TO RUN THEM... trust me here bro... you f*ck up your thyroid, in 10 years you'll be eatin cheeseburgers and sitting on a park bench, remembering when you were a lot skinnier..
