Hey guys has anyone had any experience with BHB salts and their benefits in a ketogenic cutting diet?
I've seen a ton of research online claiming good things but just curious if anyone has tried it. A few companies have included it in their supplements to be used in a ketogenic diet.

Cannot be gotten in Ireland or the UK yet, legislation pending
A couple of ~US sites ship this direction
Research to date shows fantastic results for endurance (not high intensity)
It is also a great way to circumvent Keto Flu if you are prone or to minimise fatigue while fat adapting
BHB salts will become huge for treating dementia soon, and in a no carb diet will be beneficial as a fuel when fighting cancer
No great benefit for bulking but potentially a nice fuel source if competition cutting
